Perimenopause & Menopause Support

What is Perimenopause?

Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, typically beginning in a woman's late 30s to early 40s and lasting several years. Hormone levels—especially estrogen and progesterone—fluctuate dramatically during this time, often causing a wide range of symptoms.

It's a biological shift, not a disease—but the symptoms can be overwhelming without the right support.

Common Perimenopausal Symptoms:

  • Irregular or skipped periods

  • Hot flashes or night sweats

  • Anxiety, irritability, or mood swings

  • Fatigue or insomnia

  • Breast tenderness

  • Brain fog or memory issues

  • Vaginal dryness or decreased libido

  • Weight gain, especially around the abdomen

Menopause is officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a period, usually around age 51. At this stage, the ovaries produce very low levels of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, which can lead to persistent symptoms and long-term health risks if not addressed properly.

  • Hot flashes & night sweats

  • Mood swings, anxiety, or low mood

  • Poor sleep or insomnia

  • Vaginal dryness & low libido

  • Brain fog or memory issues

  • Fatigue & low energy

  • Weight gain, especially around the abdomen
