Before your consultation with Hosna, you’ll need to complete lab testing. This allows us to assess your hormone levels and identify any imbalances contributing to your symptoms. Your lab requisition will be provided along with your intake form through our secure Juvonno system

Once your lab results are ready, you’ll have a 60-minute virtual consultation with Hosna, our BHRT specialist. During this session, she will review your lab results, explore your symptoms and health goals, and conduct a comprehensive assessment of your overall health and lifestyle to guide your personalized treatment plan.

Based on your intake forms, lab results, and consultation, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. This may include bioidentical hormone therapy in the form of creams, patches, or injections, along with lifestyle recommendations and supportive therapies to help you achieve optimal hormone balance and well-being

Ongoing follow-up appointments are an essential part of your care. These visits allow us to monitor your progress, adjust hormone dosages if needed, and address any changes in symptoms or concerns.
